Green tea, for many years, has been enjoyed as an antioxidant drink that promotes many potential health benefits. Headache? Have a green tea. Stomach issues? Have a green tea.

Green tea is a rich source of EGCG (Google search: Epigallocatechin Gallate) which is considered as the most powerful antioxidant! Antioxidants fight off free radicals that can damage skin cells and cause premature aging.
