Are you fond of watching korean dramas and you’re wondering, why does every female lead character have straight natural eyebrows? Well, if you’ve been bingeing Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo, then, I bet you also want to achieve IU’s straight brows.

Here’s a guide on how to achieve that youthful innocent looking eyebrow to unleash that Korean vibe in you!

Prepare your eyebrow kit. First things first, ready your favorite eyebrow liner, spoolie brush and concealer.

Tip: Pick an eyebrow pencil that is one lighter shade to your natural hair color. This gives off a more natural and seamless look.

Make an outline of a straight brow surrounding your natural eyebrows. You can definitely go beyond and make it thicker than your own brows. Then,

Start filling it in with hair-like strokes. You can start drawing at the center going on to the edge of your brows. Make sure to be gentle and not put a lot of pressure when lining, just to keep it seamless. If it’s your first time, don’t be afraid to make mistakes, it’s no big deal if you accidentally go beyond, you don’t need to be Leonardo da Vinci here. Kidding aside, if you made a mistake, then don’t fret, you can always clean that up with a cotton and toner. 

Next, brush your eyebrows with a spoolie to help soften the visible dark edges.

Now it’s almost done! If you want it to look cleaner and all set, put a little bit of concealer on the outer area of your brows.

Blend it well and for the final touch, brush it off with a loose powder. This is a trick to soften the uneven parts and it gives a more natural look for your eyebrows. 

That’s how easy you do it! This korean beauty trend not only gives you an innocent and young looking vibe but also, it helps you achieve an illusion of a smaller face. So, try this out and with a little bit of practice everyday, who knows? One day you might be the next Hae Soo.
